Roam Journey Live Hey there! I’m Lindsay, and I’m here to prove that incredible flavors don’t require fancy gadgets or chef-level skills.

I believe the best meals happen when you’re not stressed about making them perfect.

….theyre right!!! Tiny kitchen cooking for me doesn’t mean the food or quality changes…or does it?! It might actually get BETTER because we are in some new spots, checking out fresh, local produce and meats! Prime example here!!

Clean up in our home on wheels is always easier and views are usually pretty good as well!! So cooking in an RV, yeah I guess it is different…and I like it that way! 😉

The rain finally stopped after what seems like 40 days straight of rain 🌧️ , so let’s GRILLLLLLL!!!! New York strips and baby potatoes in the cast iron, over a fabulous charcoal grill!!! Yes please!! LETS EAT!!!! And finally enjoy a few minutes outside with no rain! 😄

Nothing beats walking into the garden for dinner ingredients 🥬✨

Tonight’s dinner was true garden-to-table comfort food — fresh lettuce picked straight from our garden, tossed with my homemade Caesar dressing, and served alongside homemade stuffed shells 🍝🤍

Simple moments like this make home feel extra cozy.

If you’d like the link to my favorite raised garden beds, comment 🪴and I will send it your way!!! The price is the best, and the quality is top notch!

And if you’ve missed my Caesar recipe recently, comment “RECIPE” and I’ll share it with you!! Once you try it you’ll be hooked!

This Mediterranean Mashup Pasta Salad might’ve just replaced every boring pasta salad at our house 🤭✨ Bow tie pasta tossed with red onion, crisp bell pepper, garlic stuffed olives, fresh Parmesan, and my creamy homemade Caesar dressing from my previous videos 🙌 The flavors are SO good together — salty, tangy, creamy, crunchy…basically the pasta salad you didn’t know you needed for summer dinners, BBQs, meal prep, or snack plates.

Save this recipe for your next cookout! This will be a great one to bring to your Memorial Day cookouts this weekend! 👏

Just a few simple ingredients and you have the most flavorful, juicy chicken…but this is also great for fish, shrimp, even grilled veggies!! You have all these ingredients in your pantry, so get ready to add that flavor boost to grilling night!

SMOKED JALAPEÑO MARGARITA 🌶️🍋‍🔥

This spicy smoked margarita might be my new favorite summer cocktail 🤤 Fresh lime, smoky flavor, tequila, and the perfect jalapeño kick. It tastes like something straight off a restaurant cocktail menu… but made at home.

If you love spicy margaritas, smoked cocktails, or easy happy hour recipes, you NEED to try this one 🍹🔥

the crunch… the garlic… the ASMR 😮‍💨🥒✨

QUICK PICKLES
1 cucumber, sliced
3 cloves garlic
peppercorns
1:1 ratio water + vinegar
2 tbsp vinegar salt
1 tbsp dill

shake it up, let it sit, and try not to eat the whole jar in one day 🤭

POV: your “little garden project” somehow turns into adding another raised bed because you just can’t resist 🌱

I’ve been LOVING this raised garden bed so much that I’m already adding another one! Harvesting fresh lettuce right from the backyard just hits different 🥬✨

And the best part? It’s on sale for Mother’s Day right now 🙌 Perfect for anyone wanting to start a garden without all the hassle. Functional, beautiful, and honestly one of my favorite additions to our home lately. Let me know if you’d like the link!

Fresh salads all summer long? Yes please 💚

Homemade sushi night just got SO much easier 🍣✨

I used the new Toshiba Rice Cooker to make perfectly fluffy sushi rice right at home — no guessing, no babysitting, and no stressing over texture. It honestly takes all the trial and error out of making restaurant-quality rice, which makes homemade sushi feel totally doable even on busy weeknights. 🙌

One of my favorite things about cooking at home is turning simple ingredients into something fun and memorable for the family, and having kitchen tools that actually simplify the process makes all the difference.

If you’ve ever wanted to try homemade sushi, this is your sign. 🤍 Full recipes below!
