Thank you to everyone who stopped by my pumpkin stand this season. I have thrown out all the remaining leftovers and am wrapping everything up for the year.

I want to announce that everything at my stand is free! I still have quite the variety. I’m probably going to put the stand up next weekend. I would hate for any pumpkins or mums to go to waste.

Today was a very busy day! I brought all the pumpkins and mums I had left out to the stand, and there’s a lot of them. While I was out picking, Mom made Oatmeal Cranberry Raisin Cookies and Pumpkin Cookies.

Since I have so many mums left, I’m doing a deal — 1 for $7.50 or 2 for $10. There isn’t a sign about this at the stand, so this Facebook post is the only way to know. Please feel free to share and help spread the word!

Today was my first day open at my pumpkin stand! I want to thank all of the friends and family who have helped make this possible, especially my mom. I think this season is going to be so much better than last year!

Today we went to a produce auction, and I’ll admit — I felt a little guilty at first about selling produce I didn’t grow myself. Last year, everything I sold came straight from my own patch, and that was so rewarding.

But I’ve learned a lot through planting — both the successes and the struggles — and this year I wanted to make the experience even better for you. By combining what I’ve grown with pumpkins from the auction, I can offer a bigger, better selection all in one place.

From pumpkins and mums to corn stalks and cookies, my stand will have everything you need to get your porch ready for fall.
