What is a Schultüte?
An over 200 year old German tradition! Parents would fill an adorable cone in all sorts of sizes with school supplies, treats, and fruit as a way to celebrate children starting school. It was originally for the wealthy and first graders, but it now celebrated by all Germans and all ages.

Schultüte is “School Cone” or “School tote” in German.
Tüte is “tote” in German.

I make my Schultüten in three sizes, but I will only bring my medium size (maybe small) to the Moonlight Market on August 2nd! Come check them out!

I attempted .lou.heirloom in a super soft bulky crochet form. 🖤

I don’t know what others will think, but I absolutely love her! 🤩 She came out just as I envisioned. I have already worked on a few more, but….

I think there are over a hundred of these little characters and more being added weekly! 🫣 I don’t know much about the game or the characters, the girls just tell me which ones to draw up next for their bracelet charm collection. 😂

Introducing White Lily Cookie! Her colors are exquisite! Probably my favorite so far! She will be added to the shop today!
