Hi, friends! This account will soon go inactive—but don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere! I’m just starting fresh in one new place.

With my retirement from my store, Stitch Your Art Out, I’m ready for a new chapter. I’ll still design patterns (always “really clear”), but I’m also giving myself more freedom to play—with pattern ideas, art, photography, gardening, cooking, and whatever else sparks creativity.

Well, even the sign is down, now. My friend took this picture on the last day, and I'm glad he thought of it!

Thank you, all! I enjoyed being here, and I'll enjoy retirement, too. Life has many chapters, and I'm ready to roll into the next one!

I'll be working on cleaning up for a while, and then in October I'll have an "indoor garage sale." Stay tuned. I'll send out a newsletter when that's ready to happen. I'll let you know more about my designing, too, probably sometime next month.

In the meantime, have a safe and wonderful Labor Day weekend!
