So my newest go to, clean out the fridge meal...MAC & CHEESE! Easy one pot, one bowl meal. And the possibilities are endless. For this one, I had some frozen uncooked shrimp and frozen peas, some fresh broccoli and little dabs of assorted cheeses. I almost always have elbow mac on hand. Throw in some heavy cream, jarred Alfredo sauce, canned cheese sauce, or even a canned condensed soup and viola there's dinner!
I used to do this with assorted pastas presented on a plate. I feel it's way better received in a bowl with elbow Macaroni as "Mac & cheese" even by my husband...go figure 😋

Let the resolutions begin! Every year I vow to eat healthier and loose some weight. As I get older this becomes even more important. Hopefully this mindset takes me through the next year and beyond!

Got home late from work. Quick sheet pan dinner for the rescue! Plus I cleared out the fridge. It's nice to have a plan but things don't always go according to plan. One more reason Haute Moms has 4 meals in each bin. We all know there will be one of these nights!

Ingredients were added to sheet pan according to cooking time. I also kept ingredients somewhat separated to accommodate any picky eaters!
