We aren’t out at any events today, but we are prepping for next week’s workshop!!!

There are still spaces available if you’d like to create a display piece with some history! Bring a treasured quilt or one rescued from a thrift store and frame in in a vintage window frame! Come for the project and stay for the fun! We’re sure to find other things to make from the salvaged items at the store!!!

Have a question? Reach out! It’s only $70 for the 2-part workshop and you leave with a wonderful gift or display piece just in time for the holidays.

Saturday errands with the dogs took us downstate a bit with some unusual stops!

We picked up a car for Greg’s worker (yes, it’s white and will get a blue stripe! IYKYK), enjoyed the brunch menu at the Ambrosia Diner (cannoli French toast & chicken & waffles 🤤), and then a stop at the Adirondack Welcome Center to pick up Ronja & check out the vending machines! And look at what we found in the machines!!!

Thanks, Shannon, for all the great chats and support of BCC! Visiting you at the Welcome Center was the cherry on the erranding sundae! 🍒

Even on a rainy day, the Adirondacks don’t disappoint! Whiteface Oktoberfest: Day 2. Cooler, wetter, less people, but still a great time to take in all the festivities!

Whiteface Oktoberfest: Day 1!
Weather was cool and overcast. A truly autumnal day! The crowd was lively and festive and very splendidly dressed.

Today’s big sellers were the 2026 Whiteface Oktoberfest Ornaments and holiday ornaments & craft kits. Conversations were tops on my list, too! Great people!!!
