Wood and Metal Designs provides two unique product lines to our customers:

rooms, or large families. All of our unique Metal Art is designed by our team, and sent to our in house machine shop to be cut out on the large CNC Plasma table; cleaned, sanded, powder coated, then baked at high temperatures in our custom built oven to give a durable, rust free finish ready for mounting inside or outside your home or business. We currently offer real wood tables, wood with faux Live Edge and hand painted graining (seen on our tables page- we can faux them to look like any exotic wood you'd prefer), Wood with epoxy finishes that mimic white quartz and other marbles and granites, and coming soon - concrete tables, fire tables, and more. The tables shown in the examples are fauxed to look like 300 year old walnut (impossible in real life to get at that length and thickness). By hand painting the grains and intricate details, we can give you an exotic table that is uniquely yours and environmentally friendly because we aren't harvesting rare trees to make them. Amaze your friends and family when they are fooled to think the wood is real, only to find out they are hand painted by artisans with decades of experience in wood graining. We cut and weld our own legs and steel structures here at the shop and powder coat the legs on site. The customer we designed and cut this Marine logo fir, didn't want a typical black powder coat, he wanted a "Tank Finish...

The customer we designed and cut this Marine logo fir, didn't want a typical black powder coat, he wanted a "Tank Finish" with the black mill coating and some rust. So we mixed some chemicals up and came up with this, which he loved.
I like it so much, I'm naming it the "Tank Finish". Which we will now offer as an option.

I wanted to cut a Marine Corp Logo, but everything out there was not very well done. So I took time to redesign a better version with more detail. This took longer to cut, but really happy with the look! Will be adding this to our Patriotic collection next!
