The Story Behind Her Legacy Creations...
We all have a story. Somewhere when it all started... when the idea was born. I've always been interested in art, as far back as my childhood years, dabbling in painting canvas & ceramics, drawing and sewing clothes with my mom. It was our quality time together & now sweet precious memories. The defining moment when this all started was 31 years ago, while I was shopping on eBay. I was looking for The Backstreet Boys' concert tickets, for my two young daughters. It was their first concert & I was hoping to find the perfect seats. I apparently got side tracked in my search and happen to stumble across a woman selling address labels. I love to buy all the things, so I made a purchase from her. I loved her product and got the great idea, that I could produce personalized stationary items also...make a small fortune, while in my messy bun & pj's, sipping cappuccino, as a raised my three babies. How hard could it possibly be, right? While, over the years I haven't made the fortune I first envisioned (lol), I have managed to learn new things in the craft world, meet some wonderful people, feed my creative side, while I watched my littles become amazing adults. The business name has changed over the years and the items have expanded into the junk journal world, but the dream has remained the same. The Inspiration behind my vision now is my courageous young daughter, who was taken from this world much too soon. I strive to be a better person because of her and the legacy she leaves behind. Kindness, Strength and Love...that's what she's left and what I continue. I'm living HER LEGACY through my CREATIONS.
