One of the softest pines I've ever sanded. Shiplap pine, I believe it's called, not really ideal for floors, but I did my best. Rebuilt stairs, custom stain.

White oak with pet stains. Sometimes they sand out, and sometimes you can hide them with a dark stain. In this case, it needed to be replaced.
