This is another one of my mom's pieces. I love the older pieces. They are solid wood and so well made. The drawers are huge!! I sanded the top, that was a job and a half lol!! I used a very light stain, but the wood grabbed it and it wanted to be dark. So I left it and sealed it. I painted the rest with Rejunk Thunk Resin Paint in Oyster. Im loving these neutral colors in this line of paint.
This piece will be up for sale very soon. I love how it turned out 🥰🥰

This piece belonged to my mom, then my niece had it and then it was given to me. Ive had it in my shop for awhile trying to figure out what to do with it. My daughter sent me a picture of a French Farmhouse dresser she would like for her bedroom. I said we can do that ! So this was painted with Rethunk Junk Resin Paint called Linen . I bleached the top to get the look we needed for the paint wash and we used the original hardware. I am so happy this piece got to stay in our family and will get used for many more years ❤️ ♥️

I tried a new product. I love doing this when it actually works!! Even after stripping and sanding the wood was too dark. We are going for a French Farmhouse look, and the dark wood wasnt working, so I bleached the top, it took 2 rounds to get to what I needed. Then I did a paint wash and sealed. I will definitely be using this product again.

This one is a re-do. The longer this French Provisional vanity sat the more I wasnt thrilled with my color choice. So I brought it back in my shop. Sanded, then painted with Wise Owl One Hour Enamel 1987 (blush pink) Then applied a French script to the top and added new drawer pulls. I also updated a chair and used a fabric with a French painters print. I am very happy how it turned out this time. 🥰🥰

Ive had this chair in my shop for YEARS!! I have finally found the perfect piece to pair it with. The said piece is in the "almost done" stage. Hopefully by this weekend they will be finally be together. 🥰🥰

Monday morning, coffee in hand and removing staples. For anyone else that re-fabrics chairs, this is the not fun part. 🙄

I have never had so much trouble removing a finish from a piece. 3 Sanders, 2 batteries, 2 different types of st****er. I either need someone to bring me a new sander or a bottle of w**e. Im going to say the bottle of w**e will do more good than a sander ay this point lol!!!! 🍷

I received this dresser in several pieces. The bottom drawer was in 4 pieces, and the mirror was sitting on the floor lol!! But with lots of Krud Kutter and paper towels, it got cleaned, then stripped and sanded. I stained the top and the drawers. The. Painted the rest with Wise Owl One Hour Enamel Fox Trot. I added several layers of Polycrylic for many years of protein. I absolutely love how this turned out. 🥰🥰
