🏈 BUY A SQUARE. SUPPORT THE BOYS. AND GET A LITTLE SOMETHING BACK.

Our son is part of the Chicago Mission 2013 hockey team, and the boys are currently raising money through a college football squares fundraiser.

I wanted to find a way to help the team while giving something back to the people who support them, so I'm doing something a little different.

💚 BUY A $100 FOOTBALL SQUARE...
🏠 GET A $200 FLOORS COME TRUE CREDIT.

For the $100 square you purchase, I'll personally give you a guaranteed $200 credit toward a future flooring project with Floors Come True.

And that's in addition to your chance to win the actual football-square prizes.

So you could:

🏒 Support the Mission 2013 boys
🏈 Have a chance at the weekly football-square cash prizes
🏠 And get a $200 flooring credit to use toward your next flooring project

Basically, you're going to win either way. 😉

The fundraiser has 12 weeks of college football and 24 opportunities to win, with $100 awarded to the 2nd-quarter winner and $150 to the 4th-quarter winner each week.

Squares are $100 each.

If you'd like to participate, reach out to me or any of the Mission 2013 families to get your square.

A quick but important disclaimer:

This flooring promotion is completely separate from the Chicago Mission football squares fundraiser. Chicago Mission does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or otherwise participate in this flooring-credit offer. The $200 Floors Come True credit is a personal thank-you from me, as a parent of one of the Mission 2013 players, to anyone who chooses to support the team through the fundraiser.

The credit has no cash value and is independent of the football squares contest and its prizes.

Message Kevin or give him a call 847-452-5164 to get your square!

Hey neighbors — after the storms last night, I know a lot of basements around here took on some water. Roof damage gets the attention, but flooded carpet and flooring are really common after heavy rain.

A couple quick things to keep in mind:

• Be careful in wet areas until you're sure there’s no electricity involved.
• Some flooring can be dried out if it’s handled quickly — others (like carpet and pad) usually need to go.
• Water can wick up into drywall and wall materials, which can lead to mold if it isn’t addressed.

If you still have standing water, electricity near water, or water clearly reached the walls, it’s best to call a restoration company right away. But if it's all about the floors, we're happy to help.

If you’re trying to figure out whether your floors can be saved or what your options are, feel free to message us. Happy to help neighbors think it through. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

A House Divided Against Itself Cannot Stand…

Especially on THAT Carpet.

Be honest. Is your carpet historic… or just old? 👀

If it’s matted down, stained up, and holding onto memories (and smells) from administrations past… it might be time.

Four score and seven spills ago, it looked great.

Now? Not so much.

You don’t need a full renovation.
You just need the right carpet — professionally installed — and done right the first time.

We bring the showroom to your home.
We measure.
We quote.
We install.

No guesswork. No pressure.
Just quality flooring that looks great and lasts. 🏠🚐✨

This Presidents’ Day, declare independence from dirty carpet.

Drop a 🇺🇸 a comment if your floors are overdue — or send us a message to schedule your free in-home consultation.

Pallet of laminate on the floor. Ballet dresses in the air!

Just another day running a small family business—picking up materials from Mohawk Flooring and our favorite dancer from Arts Ballet Conservatory, all in one trip.
