Small bathroom refresh. This homeowner did not use their tub and desired more storage. Luckily they had some floor tile that was utilized to patch where the tub was located. I designed a new vanity layout with lots of storage and added new lighting, mirrors and hardware. The small changes make the space look completely different.

Unfortunately I didn't get before photos of this Chanhassen kitchen remodel. The goal of this remodel was function and for the homeowner to be able to enjoy the view from their dining room. The wall between the kitchen and the dining room was removed. The kitchen peninsula was converted to a longer island with seating. Some of the new finishes include beautiful quartzite counters and a fun tile backsplash.

I love working with this homeowner. This is our third project together. For this project we tackled the owners bath. The first thing to go was the dated Pepto Bisbol ceramic tile. The homeowner wanted a more relaxing palette with a natural feel. The storage & flow of the space was also improved by removing many of the unnecessary angles.

I finally have photos of a main floor remodeled I worked on last year. Besides all new finishes the sunken floor in the homeowners family room was removed, the kitchen was enlarged by six feet into what was the formal dining room, and a butler's pantry was created. I'm really happy with how everything turned out.

Sometimes you don't have to do a complete remodel to update your bathroom. This Eden Prairie couple wanted an update without the expense of a completely redoing the entire bathroom. In this project the dated deco tile was removed from the front of the tub deck, new plumbing fixtures, lighting, vanity cabinets, and countertops were replaced. The tub, tub deck, tub, and floor tile are existing.
