This picture was taken 5 and a half years ago when Scott owned a remodeling company and I had an interior design firm with three designers on my team. We often worked as a team as he was one of my preferred contractors. I learned very quickly that who you surround yourself with in this industry matters. If you care about your subs; meaning you are a good communicator, pay right away, are gracious if they have a delay, etc. they are loyal to you, which means to your clients. The other thing I learned was that they truly are an extension of your business. You want everyone making money, feeling appreciated, and that will translate to the job site! So when I preach “A rising tide lifts all ships” I mean it. If I provide business to showrooms and subs, they not only pour into themselves and their families, they pour back into their business, which benefits us, and our clients.

Progress on Lake Minnetonka. This 100+ year old cabin is getting a thoughtful addition, including a new owner’s suite with a bedroom, bathroom, and closet, along with a new deck overlooking the lake. We can’t wait to see this one come together.

The best part of what we do goes beyond the finished space.

It’s the trust our clients put in us, the relationships we build along the way, and knowing they’re just as excited about the end result as we are.
