Finally closing a couple of jobs up in Central Florida.

Hard market up here, worst than Miami.
I should actually say, a market I'm not familiar with.

Quite a few companies have a nice strong hold up here, hopefully I can start to disrupt them or better yet, combine forces and team up on some jobs.

I play very well with others.🤷‍♂️🤣

My overhead is extremely low compared to a year ago.

It's not about getting rich, it's about staying busy.

Flooring Removal and concrete prep for and materials that's being installed.

We remove all types of flooring.

Remember, wood flooring manufacturers now require you to grind your concrete before installing a gluedown wood floor. Even LVP subfloor needs to be grinded so the moisture v***r barrier can be mechanically bonded to the concrete.
We do that also.

We also install quartz, flake floor epoxy, concrete overlays that look like wood, along with mettalic epoxy coatings.

With my flooring background, installer since I was 14 now 42.

Worked in South Florida pretty much my whole life.
I've installed and removed hundreds of floors in Parkland.

I tend to be a cold hearted man, i don't let much things bother me.

Being a father of 2 young adults,
I just think of the few who passed i may have come across in life.
It's really heartbreaking to put myself in their shoes. I just can't imagine the pain they are feeling.

You should never habe to bury your child.

May God bless all those affected by this tragedy.
