FPCC Bookstore (Titoka Tibi) Titoka Tibi (The Visiting Place) is a gift shop and fabric store. These arts and crafts consist of star quilts, beadwork, and various art pieces.

In addition to providing textbooks for the classes offered at FPCC,
Titoka Tibi is a gift shop retailing local Native American arts and crafts. We also sell various Pendleton products and FPCC logo apparel.
