🌿 Tea of the Week: Lemon Balm 🍵💚
Have you ever had one of those days when your mind just won't slow down?
This week's featured herb is Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), a beautiful member of the mint family that has been treasured for centuries for its gentle, uplifting qualities.
Traditionally, lemon balm has been enjoyed to help support:

🌼 Healthy digestion after meals
With its light, lemony flavor and naturally caffeine-free goodness, lemon balm is wonderful on its own or blended with herbs like chamomile, lavender, tulsi, or peppermint.
One of my favorite reminders is that caring for ourselves doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes it begins with something as simple as slowing down long enough to enjoy a warm cup of tea.
