WE'RE HIRING! | Receptionist / Permitting Coordinator

Dovi Windows & Doors is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized person to join our office team in Port Orange, FL!

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position that includes:

-Answering phones and assisting customers
-Preparing and tracking permits
-Scheduling and following up on inspections
-Maintaining project records and paperwork
-Communicating with Sales, Installation, Service & Accounting
-General office support and cross-training

We're looking for someone who is professional, comfortable in a busy office, has strong communication and follow-up skills, and isn't afraid to take initiative.

Construction or permitting experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!

If you're dependable, organized, enjoy working with people, and want to become part of a growing local company, we'd love to hear from you!

•Experience/Knowledge of windows and doors is a must.
•Great organizational skills and attention to detail
•Able to lift at least 100lbs.
