In these times where we are discovering more microplastics in our foods, body and environment people are moving to more natural and eco friendly choices. Here at Krause Knife sharpening we make our cutting boards out of locally sourced hardwoods and conditioned with a blend of food grade oil and wax. Over time the board will need to be reconditioned due to natural wear and tear. We also sell a board conditioning “butter” to be used once a month to maintain the look and longevity of the board
