Swipe through for before and afterā¦. The amount of decisions that go into one space can be endless! Here is a before and after of our foyer. When youāre designing a new build youāre working with a blank canvas but when youāre just renovating you need to work with the space you already have. First thing we did here was open up the space. There were so many extra walls that made the foyer area feel closed. We changed a second coat closet to an expanded pantry on the other side allowing that area to shine with decor. Painted, changed the Millworkā¦ instead of changing the whole railing, we just changed out the balusters and painted the railing black as well as the treads and added a gorgeous custom runner. Painted the door black, added artā¦ I must be missing some other changes! They are endless but worth it!
