This weekend was such a beautiful celebration of love, family, and new beginnings. Getting to see so many family members I hadn’t seen in a while at the reunion made it even more meaningful, and the wedding itself was filled with so much love, laughter, and joy.

Brooke, you have always been such a light in this world, and I absolutely adore you. Getting to be a small part of your special day and create the flowers for you was such an honor. I couldn’t be happier for you and Marcus as you begin this next chapter together. May your life together be filled with all the love, laughter, and magic your hearts can hold.

I had the best time teaching a pumpkin succulent + dried flower workshop to the housekeeping team at Cascada in honor of Housekeeping Appreciation Month.

What an amazing group of people! Every single pumpkin was completely different, each one its own little piece of art, just like the people who created them.

I love that Cascada takes the time to celebrate and appreciate the incredible people behind the scenes who make this place what it is. The housekeeping team works so hard, and they make such a beautiful difference every single day.

I feel really lucky to get to work alongside such wonderful people and to have had the chance to spend a little creative time with this crew. 💛

I love this time of year when I get to visit local organic farms and hand-select the flowers I want to bring into my work. 🌻

Today’s haul is an assortment of dark, moody sunflowers, which just happen to be my absolute favorite. Don’t get me wrong, the classic bright yellow, sunny sunflowers are beautiful, but there’s something about these deeper, chocolatey tones that I just can’t resist. 🤎🌻

Give me the dark ones every time.

For this one, I created preserved terrariums filled with ferns, flowers, and butterflies for their living room area, bringing a little bit of forbiddenfruitportland out into the living room. 🌿🦋

I love finding unexpected ways to bring the magic of a space into another part of it.
