Folks, you should really come and check out O'Dear Pub. Vence Culp, the proprietor, is a great guy and the whole staff are just wonderful people who will take great care of you. The place is kid friendly till 8:00 PM. Of course, after 8:00 PM all the adults get naked and it's a huge o**y but till then, very kid friendly! OK, just kidding - Geese!

Hey Neighbors! This is the finale weekend for Parkrose marketplace and it just might be the finale for sunny, warm weekends for the year! Come and celebrate both. We've got great artists and vendors of all kinds, great food, and live music. Your new pub O'Dear will have outdoor Cafe seating out their back door and in the market space so it's a great opportunity to come and check them out. Go inside and see the beautiful renovations that Vince Culp, the proprietor, has done. You can order a beverage and sit outside and order from their menu if you like. Of course we'll also have great food vendors outside. Get a jump on your holiday gift buying with very unique treasures at the marketplace. 10:00 am till 4 pm. See you there!

WE ALWAYS BRING WONDERFUL ART TO THE MARKETPLACE BUT......
We have a very special guest vendor coming this weekend, Oct 8 & 9th. Berdel Moffet-Chaney is an acclaimed Portland artist and sculptor. She will be selling pieces but she is also holding a free activity for kids, teaching them how to sculpt using polymer clay ( Sculpy type), so it's a great opportunity to spark that creative bug in your kids under the guidance of a true pro. Hey neighbors! Come on down and enjoy your community marketplace. Yes, it's going to be warm but when the cold grey rainy stuff comes, and it will, we will all wish we savored more of these summer days. So come and savor! And we have a wading pool for hot feet and paws and a water mister to keep you cool. Live music, great food, and beverages, and wonderful craftspeople of all kinds. O'Dears Pub has just opened and they will have a little cafe at the market right outside their back door.
