Say BYE to the back porch, with a tiny microphone. I’ve leveled up my influencer skills, so this is me ripping out our back porch while mic-ed up. Just another step in our home renovation project!

Demo is so entertaining, I had to split it into two parts. Stay tuned for part two

The home renovation project is progressing! This week was all about odd jobs and random stuff going on. This is a great example how every renovation comes with tons of weird stuff you never expected… or wanted to pay for.

In the long run, all of these projects are worth it. And we probably would have had to do them anyway! But as you can see, we’re getting closer and closer to getting this thing ready for move in day!!!

Everything in this house is a saga, but it starts one room at a time. Same with the wallpaper. Room 1 of ???? For wallpaper removal! How fun!

Never done this before - but now that I’ve done a whole room, it’s hilarious to look back at what I tried first when I didn’t know what I was doing.

This was a thin paper. I’m so thankful it was this easy to get off! Wish me luck on the rest of the house 🥲

This week in home renovation…
Bird catching!

Came to the house one afternoon to a little surprise friend in the house! It freaked me out as I walked in, but had to laugh because chasing a bird out of the house was not on my agenda for the afternoon!

I guess that’s the price of getting new windows!
