What a weekend!

I had such a great time at the Glouceter Waterfront Festival! This was my first time in this show, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Their hospitality was wonderful, the views were epic, and the whole weekend was just filled with good people and great energy.

The locals were absolutely fantastic, and I had so much fun meeting some amazing new vendors and making a few fast friendships along the way.

One of my favorite parts was seeing some familiar faces! I’m so grateful for the repeat customers who made the trip down to come see me, along with friends who stopped by to say hello. It means more than you know when people make the effort to find me at these shows.

And then there was the setting… I mean, how could you ask for more? Boats going by all day, the ocean right in front of me, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and some of the most gorgeous weather I could have hoped for.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, supported my art, shared a smile, or simply made this weekend so much fun!!

🌊 New Vendor Spotlight! 🎨

We're excited to welcome Cassiopeia: Art through items lost then found to the Hampton Beach Seafood Festival for the first time! This unique mixed-media crafter transforms lost and found items into beautiful coastal and historic works of art. Every piece has a story, and you never know what one-of-a-kind treasure you might discover!

And Cassiopeia is just one of 66 crafters you'll find throughout the festival, including more than 20 new vendors joining us this year! There's plenty to explore, discover, and take home with you.

The Gloucester Waterfront Festival is OPEN!

It's my first Massachusetts show!!

I’ll be here today until 6:00 PM and tomorrow from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Come wander the waterfront, enjoy the festival, and stop by to see what I’ve been creating! I’ve got lots of one-of-a-kind mixed media pieces, sea glass, treasures, and coastal creations waiting for you.

The Yarmouth Clam Festival has come to a close, and what an incredible weekend it was. A huge thank you to the organizers, volunteers, and others who pull such an amazing event together!

Going into my first major festival, my first large Maine show, I had all the usual worries. Would I have enough inventory? Could I handle three long days? Would people connect with my artwork?

I’m happy to say every one of those anxieties was replaced with an overwhelmingly positive experience.

I met so many wonderful new vendors, had the chance to introduce my artwork to people who had never seen it before, and received so much kind feedback that it honestly left me feeling energized and inspired. Hearing people connect with the stories behind my pieces made all the long hours of preparation worth it.

One of the best parts of the weekend, though, was the people. Friends drove all the way from Connecticut and New Jersey and surprised me by showing up with the lemonade I had jokingly asked the internet to bring. Repeat customers made the trip to see me again, and many customers I’ve met over the years have become friends I genuinely look forward to seeing at every show. My parents enjoy getting involved by also searching for treasures they think I can turn into art. That kind of support never stops amazing me!

And to top it all off, 50 pieces of artwork found new homes this weekend. That’s 50 stories, along with 100’s of conversations, and 50 reminders that people value what I create.

I walked away from my first official major show feeling tired, grateful, encouraged, and excited for what’s next. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared a story, supported my work, or simply said hello. You made this weekend one I’ll never forget.

The Yarmouth Clam Festival has already been such a meaningful experience, and it’s a great reminder me that this journey is about so much more than sales.

It’s about the conversations that begin with, “I’ve never seen anything like this before,” and watching someone discover a piece that speaks to them. It’s about meeting fellow artists and vendors who generously share their stories, encouragement, and friendship. Every introduction feels like another thread woven into this creative community.

One of my favorite parts has been meeting so many people who are seeing my artwork for the very first time. There is something magical about watching someone pause, lean in, and connect with a piece that started as a forgotten treasure I found along a shoreline or tucked away in an old bottle dump.

And then there are the familiar faces. Followers who made the trip to see me, who have welcomed my artwork into their homes before and came back to add another piece to their collection. Hearing that “Santa came early” for one family brought the biggest smile to my face.

Art has a beautiful way of bringing people together. Today has been filled with new connections, old friends, and moments that remind me exactly why I create. My heart is so very full, and we still have more festival to enjoy.

The tent is up, and I’m mostly set up for the Yarmouth Clam Festival!

You’ll find me right on the corner of Main Street and Bridge Street, right along Main Street. I couldn’t ask for a better location, and I’ll have a front row seat for tomorrow’s parade.

Festival hours:

• Friday: 10 AM–8 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM–8 PM
• Sunday: 10 AM–4 PM

If you’re coming to the festival, please stop by and say hello. And if you happen to arrive with a lemonade in hand, I certainly wouldn’t complain! These will be the longest show days I’ve ever worked, and as you all know, it’s a one woman operation.

One thing I’m especially proud of is that, for the first time ever, I’ve actually created overstock. Usually, every piece I own comes with me to a show. But knowing this is such a large festival with long hours, I’ve spent the last couple of months working around the clock building up extra inventory. It feels good knowing I have bins of backup pieces tucked under my tables and even a few larger pieces waiting at home if I need to restock between festival days.

Now all I need is some good weather, lots of smiling faces, and a fantastic weekend. I hope to see you there!

Here’s another sneak peek at some of the new items I’ve been working on! Not all of the pieces are shown here, but I wanted to share a little preview of what’s been keeping me busy.

I’ve been pouring every spare minute into creating, whether it’s before work, after work, in-between flying off to conferences, running a middle school volleyball camp, and the whirlwind of the end of the school year. To tell you the truth, I’m pretty tired, but I’m also incredibly excited to be at UNH this weekend and finally share these new creations with you.

I can’t wait to see familiar faces, meet new people, and hear which pieces speak to you. See you this weekend!
