The Droplet adds a distinctive design to our beautiful, handcrafted artisan board collection. The design of this cutting and serving board picks up from our Classic Cutting series. The Droplet board makes a great canvas for artisan cheeses, charcuterie, fresh-cut veggies, and more. The unique teardrop design transitions easily from kitchen to table, and the eye-catching shape compliments any decor. Each board is hand burnished to a naturally smooth finish and finished with a h**p and organic cotton looped tie that can be easily removed for washing.

As with all our bamboo cutting boards and bamboo serving boards, the Droplet is made from FSC®-certified 100% bamboo. Bambu bamboo cutting boards are USDA biobased certified.

The Arch Board offers a modern and timeless design for our latest bread board. Its minimalist design provides a stylish and functional board with thoughtfully designed grooves to catch crumbs, and surface area for cheese, doubling as a cheese board that has a place at the table and in the kitchen.

All our bamboo cutting boards are made from sustainably harvested, FSC®-certified 100% bamboo. Bamboo is our material of choice for durability, weight, appearance, and eco-friendly attributes. No other material comes close.
Each board is constructed of FSC®-certified 100% bamboo using a water-based, food-grade adhesive imported from Europe that contains no formaldehyde, then finished with food-safe wood oil.

All of our bamboo cutting boards are also biobased certified, ensuring no toxins.

Our cutting boards are durable and designed to stay on your counter long-term.Keep your bamboo cutting boards looking beautiful for years to come with these simple steps:

Handwash your board with warm water and soap. We like to use Dr. Bronner’s Organic Soap (Dr. Bronner's) or Meliora Dish Bar Soap (Meliora Cleaning Products). We also prefer to use a natural bristle brush to scrub the board clean.

Air dry or towel dry. Make sure the board is completely dry before storing it away.
If you want to get your board back to that “looking new” appearance - use bambu Finishing Oil. Shake the oil before use. Pour a capful or two onto a cloth and rub into the board. A little goes a long way. Let it dry completely (we prefer propped up so it dries evenly).

If your cutting board starts looking dry, these steps will liven it up. For best care avoid: putting your board in the dishwasher, using hard chemicals (like bleach), soaking in water, oiling with natural cooking oils like olive or walnut.

Comment BOARD and we’ll DM you our blog post with these steps explained and details on how to remove stains too.

Pumpkin season is here! Our pot scraper is such a versatile tool, and it is excellent at removing pumpkin guts. With a different angle at each corner, it can really dig in and get every last bit. Any tips out there for keeping pumpkins fresh after you carve them?

“Buy Less. Choose Well. Make it Last” - Vivienne Westwood’s decry has become shorthand for the anti fast fashion movement. (a direct challenge to an industry that, between 2000 and 2014, doubled its clothing production while the average shopper bought about 60% more garments a year and kept each one roughly half as long as they did 15 years earlier.) Cheap, disposable, landfill-bound - see a list of the worst offenders below. It’s a filter against a business model that profits from things wearing out or going out of style. 🤮 Circular models design for repair, reuse, recycling, and upcycling instead of a “take-make-dispose” model.

Applied more broadly, we need a different relationship with buying: fewer things, better made, kept longer. Comment “TIDE” for a list of 10 non-profit groups helping to turn the tide.
