Our first live Cheesecraft Club workshop went off without a hitch. I got my dream set up of two cameras, clear sound and lots of happy club members in attendance making cheese along with me.

To top it off my pal Stacey from Stacey Tigner was an excellent moderator reading out questions for me and taking care of our members in the chat while my hands were busy with curds and whey. It was a team effort and a huge success. 🎉

We made Queso Fresco and learned about rennet, what a clean break looks like, how to cut and cook curd and how to form and flavor a fresh wheel of cheese. Now we all have delicious cheese and meals for days!
