Today is the day.

The final day of Modern Macramé online as we know it.

10 years have passed and I have grown so much with this brand, and so many of you have grown your art businesses, your creative explorations, and your meditative practices.

Thank you for all the emails sharing your stories with me, I feel so honored to have been a part of your journey and I hope I can continue to in some way!

I have so much to say, and hopefully will soon have the bandwidth to wrap this all up in a way that the brand deserves, but for now.

My mission was always materials for all, and now you have your last chance to shop them from me! I am looking back at old photos and thinking about all of the amazing support that MODERN MACRAME has received over the years.

One of my dream goals was to sell over $1 million worth of rope! Well over the 10 years in business we sold over $3 million worth of rope enough rope to go to the moon.

But the truth is that goal didn’t work for my spirit. It didn’t satisfy my longing for connection and creativity. It didn’t actually make me feel very good. So here we are at the end of this ten year journey and as I am reflecting on the past and wishing I had a little bit more time to celebrate each success, I am doing my best to move forward with respect for all that has come and all that we accomplished and all of the people that helped along the way, and having patience for the process that is yet to come.

Hi friends, we are getting down to the end of our orders, likely we are closing the shop at the end of the month.
We had planned on having a big party and sale on the 30th, but we had a death in the family and are going to be taking a bit more time to wrap up.
For all the Portland pick up orders, and there are many, these are our hours at the warehouse.
We are only accepting folks who have placed pickup orders, we are not having any in warehouse shopping until we can do a full inventory and know what is not yet allocated for shipping.
In April we will have a big in person sale. More details to come.
