š¤ Sensitive Post Ahead
If you need to protect your peace today, feel free to scroll past.
This is what my mental health looks like.
Not the āprettyā version.
Not the version that fits into a cute quote.
The real one.
Thereās a version of me the world seesā¦
and then thereās the version of me I fight for every single day.
The one that carries trauma quietly.
The one that panics in silence.
The one that feels too much⦠and then goes numb.
The one thatās gotten really good at surviving things I never even deserved to go through.
And Iām posting this because Iām tired of pretending itās not real.
Because too many people are silently drowning⦠while still showing up for everyone else like nothing is wrong.
Therapy isnāt embarrassing.
Struggling isnāt weakness.
Having trauma doesnāt mean youāre ābroken.ā
It means youāre human⦠and youāve been carrying more than most people will ever understand.
Life is hard.
And itās okay to feel it.
Itās okay to not be fine.
Itās okay to need help.
Healing doesnāt mean you never struggle ā it means you stop suffering in silence.
And honestly⦠we all need to start treating people with basic human decency.
Not in a āgood vibes onlyā way.
In a real way.
Because you never know what someone is holding together just to make it through the day.

And the reason Iām sharing this is simpleā¦
I donāt want anyone to ever feel alone.
Or feel like theyāre not good enough.
Social media and honestly the world can feel so fake, so loud, and so hard to live with.
And I get it. I really do.
Iām sharing this because if it helps even one person feel seenā¦
if it makes someone breathe easier for a secondā¦
if it makes someone feel less alone in their own headā¦
Then it was worth it.
Youāre not alone. š¤
