Hello, hello! I’m excited to share that we’re preparing to welcome our third baby into our family so I will be unavailable through the end of March. From there, I will slowly start taking on clients. Thank you for all the love and support of my family and my business. Now, please enjoy this photo from back when I had a waistline earlier this year!

Faux Window Hack || A few years ago we moved our bedroom furniture around (and added board and batten 😏). The bed shifted to the wall opposite of our door, the same wall with our only window. We loved the feel of this orientation, however, the window was so awkward, especially with our large headboard. So, our solution was inspired by an IKEA vignette I’d seen. We installed the longest curtain rod known to mankind and used at least 10 single panel curtains to give the illusion of having multiple windows to cover and creating balance behind the headboard. We still love the result years later. 😍

For your scrolling pleasure, you can see how it looked before the curtains and how it looked when we bought the house.

👀 that custom art!
