The shrimp cocktail
Shrimp
-devein and remove shell
-drizzle with olive oil
-squeeze fresh lemon juice
-1 tsp old bay or creole seasoning
cook in foil pouch at 400° for 8-10 minutes
Cocktail Sauce
-1c ketchup
-3.5 tbs chili garlic sauce
-3 tbs horseradish
-1/2 tbs hot sauce
-juice of 1/2 a lemon
-1.5 tbs Worcestershire
