Here’s a simple recipe I put together with just things I had in the pantry. This was one of those nights I just didn’t have any idea what to cook, so I just started looking to see what I had and this is what I came up with . Cheesy Chili Mac, and I used 1lb of ground turkey .

4 boneless pork chops
1 bag shredded carrots
6 small yellow potatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 scallion.
1tsp of salt & pepper
1-2 tbsp of garlic powder, Sazon seasoning, sage.
Cook on 350 for 35 minutes.
