🎨 CALLING LOCAL ARTISTS | Introducing The Fireside Gallery

We’re creating something new inside Fae Fire Candle Bar + W**e Lounge.

Tucked into our cozy fireside corner, The Fireside Gallery will be a rotating collection of original artwork from local and regional artists, displayed for our guests to discover, enjoy, and purchase while they sip w**e, pour candles, play a game of chess, or simply stay awhile.

And we’re looking for our first featured artist.

We’re especially interested in artwork that complements the warm, eclectic atmosphere of Fae Fire: botanicals, landscapes, forests, florals, nature, moody or whimsical pieces, Central Oregon-inspired work, and art with a little soul and story behind it.

Selected pieces will be displayed in our lounge and offered for sale on commission, so there is no need for the artist to rent gallery space or staff it.

We want The Fireside Gallery to be more than wall décor. We want it to be another way Fae Fire supports creativity, connection, and the talented people who make our community interesting.

BEHIND THE CURTAIN ☕️🍷

Today’s mission: learn to make a really good espresso for you.

First attempt? Let’s just say I learned the hard way that improperly stored ground coffee gets sk**ky. 😬 Machine cleaned. Coffee tossed. Lesson learned.

Take two? Success. A rich, delicious espresso… and now I’ve got until September 17 to practice getting that milk silky-smooth.

I’m not trying to replace our wonderful local coffee shops. I simply want you to know that when you’re relaxing in the W**e Lounge or creating at the Candle Bar, a delicious cup of coffee is another little pleasure you can enjoy while you’re here.

We’ll be serving espresso + French press, with half-and-half, coconut/almond creamer, fun sugar cubes, and a few other delightful touches I’m dreaming up.

And yes, we’re dog friendly. Baroness and her bestie Buddy stopped by today to supervise. 🐾

It’s all coming together, one little detail at a time.

Every little project, every piece of furniture, every late night spent rearranging things “just one more time” is bringing the vision into focus.

The Fae Fire W**e Lounge is officially taking shape, and I am SO excited to share another progress update with you!

This space was never meant to be just somewhere to grab a glass of w**e. I’m creating a place where you can settle in, catch up with a friend, enjoy a date night, sip something beautiful, and simply Calm the Chaos for a while.

There’s still work to do, but watching this little corner of Fae Fire transform has been pretty incredible.

And now we have a date…

Until then, I’ll keep bringing you along as all the pieces come together.
