It is with a heavy heart (and one fewer wagging tail at the door) that we share the news that Buddy has passed. For those of you who visited Nostalgia over the years, you know Buddy wasn’t just a dog — he was the unofficial greeter, head of security, and arguably the most charming member of the staff.

His owner Ted made Buddy’s last years truly special, and it showed in every happy trot through the shop. We are so grateful for that.

To our customers who adored him — your kind words, belly rubs, and general fussing over him meant everything.

He was lucky to be so loved.

We were lucky to have him.
