Hi! My name is Sara.

In 2020 I set out to reduce my lawn and started searching for plants in my front yard that actually want to be in Utah. Natives seemed like the obvious choice.

After going to nursery after nursery, I struggled to find native plants for my own yard. Fast forward five years and I decided to start a native plant nursery to make it easier for people to have native plants in their home landscape!

It’s been over a year since I sold my first plant and I’ve been BLOWN AWAY by how many of you have shown up at my nursery! It turns out I was far from the only one trying to find native plants.

I’ve officially outgrown my backyard!!

This summer my brain exploded when I filled all 8 of my garden boxes and expanded into two other areas of my backyard! Sometimes I wonder if I’m just a hoarder who likes collecting plants, but then you all come along and buy them and all of a sudden it feels so empty!

I am searching for agricultural or commercial space in the Provo/Orem area to expand this season. If you have any ideas (crazy ideas welcome) or leads, send them my way!!!

📣📣📣 Calling all my Salt Lake County friends! Fall planting season is HERE!! And what better way to celebrate than with a pop-up and pick-up day in SLC?

Come find us at Dough Lady on Saturday, September 27th, from 9 AM to 1 PM to grab your pre-ordered native plants or shop from a limited selection we’ll have on hand. Don’t forget to pick up some of Utah’s gooiest cinnamon rolls while you’re there!
