As I reflected on last night’s candle class, I found myself looking around my living room and realizing just how much of what surrounds me is unique to us.

My walls aren’t just filled with pictures of my family. They’re filled with signs I’ve created, pictures my son has painted and drawn, gifts from family, handmade pieces, and things that have a story behind them.

And that’s what I love about creating.

Last night, the sweet lady who made this beautiful candle said to me, “I’m not going to burn it.”

And I immediately said, “Nope… I wouldn’t either!” 😂

Because it’s too beautiful!

She can pull it out year after year, look at it, and remember “I made that.”

And THAT is the feeling I want everyone who creates with us to experience.

I want you to look at something you made and feel proud.

I want you to have pieces in your home that aren’t just “decor,” but have a story behind them.

I want you to walk away from one of our classes thinking, “I actually made this.” ❤️

Because everyone needs something they can be proud of.

Everyone needs a little reminder of what they’re capable of creating.
