In Ireland, what we call a Celtic cross is often called a "high cross." We love our little place here at Hatchet Ranch, Colorado and high on its Western wall is just that: a High Cross. So it's what we've come to refer to our home as. We pray that all homes may be as happy as High Cross is. Full of fun and dreams and deliciousness-all that we can contain and more.
