🌿 Did you know the lotion aisle has a dirty little secret?

We put two popular body lotions side by side — Rustic Strength's Avocado Lotion and the Curél Fragrance Free from Walmart — and broke down every single ingredient.

The results were eye-opening. Rustic Strength keeps it clean: 7 of 9 ingredients are plant-derived or natural, built around cold-pressed avocado oil and vegetable glycerin. No parabens. No formaldehyde-releasers. No petrolatum.

Curél? Despite its "sensitive skin" positioning, it leans heavily on petrolatum, dimethicone, two parabens (methylparaben + ethylparaben), and a long list of synthetic emulsifiers — with only 4 of 22 ingredients from natural sources.
