As the year draws to a close, it gives us a moment to pause and appreciate the people, relationships, and purpose behind the work we do every day.
At Castaway, our work is shaped by "OHANA" — our Company Core Values. We treat people like family, show ho‘ihi or respect and understanding to everyone we work with, are good alaka‘i or leaders who have great work ethic and lead by example, take pride in our no‘eau or quality craftsmanship, and approach every project with aloha and compassion. When work is guided by these values, it strengthens relationships and builds trust that lasts far beyond any project.
