We are seeking an individual to be an ambassador of our company’s values and fill the role of our first impressions/reception position.
This position will require:
- The welcome of clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering phone calls and making appointments
- Follow company vision and structures
- Prepare and present accurate information to estimators
- Maintain organized and presentable front reception area
- Dependable/reliability
- Maturity and willingness to learn about our product and services
- Assisting with miscellaneous office tasks and offering support to other team members
