When an old school was converted to condos, they glued a luan subfloor atop the original cork floor. When the new owner decided to remodel, he wound up pulling chunks of cork out of the original floor.

Our commercial client wanted to add a section of carpet to their finished basement that could be easily modified. Carpet tiles provide the perfect solution for high-traffic and other areas that are exposed to stains, since damaged tiles are easily replaced. We began by laying reducers in a rectangle and then filling in the space with carpet tiles, one by one.

This installation will serve as a recreational area for kids, with a sofa, TV, and a couple of PC's. No worries should they spill juice or other things!
