Always keep your bedding fresh. 🧺

* Fresh sheets help regulate temperature better. Dirty or heavy bedding tends to trap heat and moisture, which can lead to restless sleep.
* The feeling of crisp, clean bedding can actually help your brain associate your bed with relaxation and rest, making it easier to unwind at night.
* Pillowcases especially collect oils, hair products, and bacteria quickly, so washing them regularly can also help with skin and scalp health.
Good rule of thumb:
🫧Wash sheets every 1–2 weeks, pillowcases weekly, and don’t forget to air out comforters and pillows regularly.
