why should you choose Empire today for your flooring needs. For the number one reason too besides the fact we've been around for almost 60 years we have the highest rating of customer service from customers that have had their flooring installed. And we are the only company that will install before Thanksgiving Christmas Etc. Most companies out there now are looking into this late December early January to mid January for installs because they do not have the capacity product availability in their warehouse. Empire stocked thousands of products in our warehouses so we don't have a problem installing next day or within 7 days so if you need flooring give me a call I will get you a quote I will come out to your place I will do the measurements I'll show you your options and before I leave that day you will have a price in hand on exactly what it's going to cost to do your project. Most other places it'll take two or three weeks just for the price plus you'll have to pay for someone to come out and measure plus there might be additional fees that they will not tell you initially up front. Our pricing that we give is everything included no surprises but everything included as you could see from my before and after picture of my install Empire provides awesome flooring and it's designed to look beautiful in your home. We provide like the one that was installed in my customers house is commercial grade it's not something that you would have found in Lowe's or Home Depot the flooring that they bought was commercial grade level 4. Empire will not sell anything less than level four on their solid vinyl plank and luxury vinyl plank. There's 5 strength and quality grades in flooring and they are AC 1, AC2, AC3, AC4, AC5. And what does that AC rating stuff mean to you here's what it means if you buy some of the lower grade stuff that you would find in Home Depot and Lowe's and stuff with that if it's less than an AC4 rating your floor will not last as long it will become worn in a look bad in a short amount of time and most of the stuff that we sell is waterproof it has an aqua defense barrier that will stop water and moisture from getting through to it and damaging the material. Obviously flooring can be abused and any for can be destroyed through abuse and neglect.
Just as an example of the money that we save our customers that before and after picture that you saw Mario and Kenosha that flooring retail was about $8,000 worth of flooring retail cost he was able to pick up the flooring from less than $4,000. Obviously circumstances are always different and every job but that is typically where we are at we are usually half of the cost of retail for most of our flooring projects. Because of covid materials did go up in price for everyone across the board there is not anyone that is not been hit by material cost increase through this covid stuff. But for the quality you will not find a better price. Also just as a heads up for FYI people which is great if you can do it yourself awesome but just to let you know though on lvp and other laminate type products if you install it yourself the instant that you do that you eliminate your manufacturer warranty because flooring manufacturers will only warranty their product if it was installed by Professional installation team that just might be another thing you can think of when it comes to that as well. And if there are ever manufacturer warranty issues that come up contact Empire we will deal with the warranty manufacturers on your behalf and get the problem fixed
