HPMKT Spotted: Niki’s Favorites ✨

Overall I felt like there is a lean into "moderatism." Vendors are embracing color, pattern and texture again but not quite in a maximalist way. After years of white washed everything, I believe people are craving the authenticity and nostalgic elements which were removed from previous markets!

For this market visit, I made sure to stack my calendar with all of the awesome educational panels that I could fit! I was able to attend at least 2 a day and here were my biggest takeaways:

- "Talk about money with your clients early and often" - during the panel with
- "One of the best marketing actions we've taken is hiring a firm to do video testimonials of our clients" - .interiors
- "Timeless interiors are an integration of history, current lifestyle and the location of the home."
- "Interior designers traffic in the court of opinion"
- "There is not "black interior design style." Black designers are all designing based on our aesthetic, and what our clients need." -
