This is a service I offer when you’re NOT selling, but STAYING in your home. 💪I start with a 10 hour package, and we use it however we want to. We shop. We remove old stuff that doesn’t bring the joy it once did. 🫣 We update. We paint. I guide you in a new direction to what you want your home to be. 💰$3M homes take longer to sell. Especially when the decor is so high end, from velvet wallpaper, to designer carpet, the lighting alone, the cabana and infinity pool, the chef’s kitchen, and all the expensive furniture and accessories…that I got TO SHOWCASE in a way that doesn’t deter The Buyer with The Seller’s taste but…? Made them buy it WITH everything in it, in less than 2 months. 💁‍♀️
It all comes down to one chance to make a first impression. That’s staging, and I make it work. 🤗

🍎Welp. 1st & 7th Grade are in the books.
My babies are officially Big Kids. I mean, last year they were still Littles navigating Elementary School and Middle School for the first time. 😬But now, these guys are “seriously seasoned students.” Daisy said, as she requested to be dropped off, just far enough away to meet her friends to look cool, “I don’t want to do this,” and jumped out of the car without looking back. 🥲
River stated without being asked as we pulled into the Lacy carpool line, “I feel confident. Let’s do this,” in his old soul way. 🤭
Heeeere we go Class of 27’! 😜

🥳The Beach House on my street is UNDER CONTRACT!🥳
After 9 months of nothin’, I got to stage this Oceanside Cutie and it $old to the first Buyers who saw it, staged! 😳
The Sellers did everything I asked them to do, and their only regret was not starting with me 9 months ago. 🤷‍♀️

The nachos were great, but I couldn’t get out of The Loo. And begged the manager Crooked Hammock Brewery to let me in The Boys Bathroom. 😳Inspo ANYWHERE IS crucial. For work. For life. For, fishing. 🐠
Now I just gotta find somewhere to put shutters on the ceiling. 🤗
