A Celebration of Leadership, Culture & Beadmaking Heritage 🇬🇭

On October 15, 2026, the Eastern Regional Beads Association in Koforidua, Ghana, marked a significant occasion with the coronation and outdooring of Nana Abena Akyaa as Queen Mother and Stella Tefye Teiko as Deputy Queen Mother.

The celebration brought together community members in recognition of leadership, cultural identity, and the rich beadmaking traditions of Ghana's Eastern Region.

At AADAMPO African Beads, we recognize the importance of preserving the knowledge, artistry, and community connections behind Ghana's beadmaking heritage.
