A very special gift in memory of a very special girl. ❤️
If you’ve spent much time around Watered Garden, chances are you knew Tootie. She was a fixture around WG headquarters, usually basking in a patch of sunshine, keeping an eye on things and making sure everyone stayed in line. :)
We recently said goodbye to our sweet girl and were incredibly touched to learn that our dear friend Van Eure made a donation to the SPCA of Wake County in her memory.
Later this year, a brick bearing Tootie’s name will be placed in the SPCA’s Legacy Walk, a lasting tribute to a little dog who brought a whole lot of love and personality into our lives.
Thank you, Van, for such an incredibly thoughtful gift. And thank you, Tootie, for all the sunny afternoons, companionship and memories. WG headquarters just isn’t quite the same without you. ❤️🐾
