Dear Teachers and Child Caregivers,

Now, more than ever, have parents realized how wonderful you are and how ESSENTIAL you are to the growth and well being of our children. You are much more than your title. You are the shoulder both children and parents use to lean on and sometimes cry on, you are a referee, you are the stability a child needs when his or her parent isn't available, you are their home away from home, and you are a consistent friend. No one will argue that parenting is one of the most difficult jobs a person can have. But, being the "glue" to multiple children everyday, children that are not biologically yours, is the most commendable, and often under appreciated task.

You will always be essential. 💜
