Hello Facebook Bayou Specialty Boards followers....first of all i want to say thank you so much for following my new page Bayou Specialty Boards!!! I am so overwhelmed with your support. But i have been asked a time or two what exactly is the purpose of these boards?
Well they can be many things. My original vision was to use them as a Vision Board for myself and to give to my new team members in Mary Kay. But as i continued to enjoy finding beautiful frames and coordinating fabric with the frame my family would ask me over and over again....what are you going to do with all of these boards??? So the thought crossed my mind that i could open up an etsy shop and sell them through that. And that is exactly what i have done.
So back to the purpose of these boards. You can use them as a pushpin board, memo board for home or office, a vision board or goal board, a prayer board for your home or office or even classroom, or even if you like it enough just to hang it on your wall as wall art. I do have to tell you that the pictures do not do them justice. Just as my mom was over at the house and she said oh....that is so pretty and it even goes with the frame!!! and i told her yes the fabric is coordinated with each frame and she said they are much prettier in person than in pictures. And i agree!!!
So really there purpose could be anything you can imagine it to be. I just wanted to create a beautiful unique platform or backdrop for my vision and this is what came out of that. I am considering doing an in person showing of my boards if there would be enough interest in looking at them in person. Any feedback would be great!!
