All good things must end. Good-bye to my sweet Main Street Yarn ... you forever live in my heart. The yarn shop is permanently closed.

My dream came true almost 6 years ago when I opened Main Street Yarn. The dream ends when the yarn shop closes at 6 pm today. Thank you to all of my great customers ... you supported a small local business. Main Street Yarn offered high quality and variety of yarn with something for everyone. I wish more people had given a chance to a small yarn shop in very rural PA. I know you would have been surprised and pleased. Countless times during the sale I have heard “I didn’t know she sold yarn like this.” I will take those words as a compliment, even though they were said too late to keep the dream alive.

A few yarns were hiding in the closet. They are now on the shelves. Main Street Yarn closes its doors on Saturday at 6 pm. The end of a dream that came true in April 2013. It’s been an interesting time and I’ve met so many people. No regrets. We are open noon to 6 each day.

Saturday, December 22 is the FINAL DAY that Main Street Yarn will be open. All remaining merchandise -- and there are still great items available -- are 60% OFF. Store hours are noon to 6 p.m. each day.

All yarn and other related merchandise is 50% OFF at Main Street Yarn, 121 E. Main Street in Rebersburg, PA. The shop will close at the end of the business day on Saturday, December 15. Store hours are Monday through Saturday noon to 6 p.m. There are still lots of great yarns, needles, yarn bowls, project bags and other accessories still available for sale.
