Pre-orders are Open!

Hey there! It’s my birthday weekend and while I have plans for a little pampering and meeting my sweet baby niece. I am itching to make some bread and so I thought I would try a preorder weekend.

The preorder form will be available till Thursday 8/20 till 12pm!
ALL ORDERS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PORCH PICK UP. (Unless you’ve arranged a Bend pick up time on friday! )

Pre Order Pick Up Times:
Friday 8/21- Redmond- Makery Porch Pick up. 8am-12pm
Friday 8/21 - Bend- coordinated pick up :)
Saturday 8/22- Redmond- Makery Porch Pickup 9am-3pm

Pre-Order Menu:
🍞Sourdough Bread- Round or Sandwich loaf -$12
(same bread, different shape)
Flavors: Plain, Everything Bagel Seasoning, Garlic and Herb and Blueberry Sugar.
(Blueberry Sugar only offered in sandwich Loaf)

What do you do with your bread leftovers? If anything needs to be eaten but wont be, it goes in rhe freezer for mornings like these when I wanna dump and go!

Cinnamon Raising Bread Breakfast Casserole Ingredients:
-Cinnamon Raisin Bread sliced and cubed from freezer (pretty sure this was a full loaf)
-10 eggs
-big spoon full of cottage cheese
-some milk to mix
-cinnamon to your hearts desire
- cinnamon sugar at the bottom of pan under bread.
- placed bread in pan and poured egg mixture over the top.
I let it sit for 10-15 mins and flipped bread as needed to soak up the goods.
-Topped with heavy whipping cream before baking at 425* for ~30 mins and until egg mixture is set.
- Add vanilla yogurt, berries and maple syrup.

Cinnamon Roll Sunday Happened so fast I didn’t even get to post about it in time this morning! There are 2 smaller packs pf Cinnamon Rolls still available. Lots of things still left at the Makery. New items, like the linen bread bags, tallow lotion, simmer pots and who ever snagged the Blueberry Sugar Sourdough Loaf, I would love to know how you liked it! I will be making it again for sure!

This weekend has been absolutely insane. Lows and highs and through it all we remained positive and decided to just move forward. To my wonderful husband, who this was his first weekend home to help me with the stand, Thank you love :) We got this, we always do.

Well this Friday was truly not on my bingo card. After an early morning of baking and headed off to work but didn’t quite make it there. I am so grateful to not have any serious injuries and was alone in the car.

The thing that I learned most is kindness goes so far. Today while I was hit, it was a series of things that led to an unfortunate event. My car can be replaced and I hope this accident is not carried in the hearts of those involved more than is needed. 🩷

With the bad comes the good and we were told of our beautiful nieces arrival today and that will keep a smile on my face 🩷

We will remain open through the weekend with what is currently out and available!
