It’s been so wonderful seeing all of our amazing regulars and meeting some new faces today.

Due to the high temperatures and melt risk, we are closing up shop until 5:30 pm to give our sweet treats and chance to cool down. But, we will open back up for the evening.

Today is the day!

We’re all set up at the youth park in Reedsville at Angels from Bigfoot Country ‘s America 250 festival, part of Reedsville Community Days.

Tomorrow starting at 10:00 AM, The Patisserie will be at Reedsville Youth Park in Booth Space #39, bringing all of your favorite sweet treats and fresh-baked goodness!

🍪 13 different flavors of our giant bakery-style cookies

🍓 6-inch jumbo streusel cinnamon buns in three irresistible flavors:

We had the pleasure of sending this order of our Oversized Gourmet Cupcakes out the door for a wonderful little guy's birthday party this weekend. 💙

Featuring two crowd-favorite flavors:

🍪 Oreo
Oreo cake filled with vanilla ganache goodness and topped with a swirl of Oreo frosting and Oreo cookies.

We hinted at a little bit of a construction project we’ve been working on for our booth space on Saturday at Angels from Bigfoot Country’s America 250 event, part of Reedsville Community Days, and here it is.

We can’t wait for everyone to experience this in person, and pick out their favorites from the 13 different varieties we’ll have hanging up and available for purchase. On the menu will be:

Little croissant shirts have arrived! 🥐

Thanks to all of our lovely customers voting in our t-shirt poll, we took our most loved design and got some t-shirts made for all the little sweeties, available in sizes 2T, 4T, and youth Small.

These will be for sale at our booth on Saturday at Angels from Bigfoot Country ‘s America 250 celebration, part of Reedsville Community Days. We will be set up starting at 10:00am until we are sold out.

☀️🧁 Summer Flavors Have Our Hearts

This cupcake order heading out of the kitchen today features two of our absolute favorite summer flavors at The Patisserie - flavors that perfectly capture the beauty of the season and the ingredients growing all around us. 🌿💕

🍓 Raspberry Torte
A delicate raspberry and almond cake filled with raspberry filling and topped with almond frosting, then finished with a crust of sliced almonds. Bright, fruity, and just the right amount of indulgent.

💜 Lavender Honey
A fragrant lavender cake filled with whipped honey ganache, topped with lavender-scented frosting and a drizzle of honey.

Our Lavender Honey cupcakes hold a particularly special place in our hearts because the honey comes fresh from our grandfather's beehives on Paradise Drive in Lewistown, and the lavender is grown right here in our own backyard. From the flowers and bees to the finished cupcake, it's a little taste of home in every bite.

These are the kinds of flavors that remind us why we love baking - taking simple ingredients, many of them grown and gathered locally, and transforming them into something beautiful to share with others.

✨ A Collaboration We Actually Said Yes To ✨

Between running our little bakery here at The Patisserie and managing our gardening instagram page for many years now, we receive requests for product reviews and brand collaborations fairly regularly.

And the truth is... we always say no.
Why? Because we've never wanted to put our name, reputation, or your trust behind something that we wouldn't personally use ourselves or recommend with complete confidence.

So when Racetop Print approached us about a collaboration, we were hesitant. But with Angels from Bigfoot Country ‘s America 250, part of Reedsville Community Days, quickly approaching, we had been searching for beautiful custom packaging to send our pastries home in from our booth.
We decided to take a chance.
Knowing we had the freedom to simply not post a review if the experience didn't meet our standards, we moved forward with the project.

We were pleasantly surprised.
